Acting fast has its advantages — the earlier you register, the greater chance you will have to be assigned your top preference. 

Here is how it works: 

Step 1: A non-refundable deposit of 1000 RMB is required to secure a table.

Step 2: Table Bidding, a link will be sent to Table Hosts in order for them to submit a list of their top five restaurants.

Step 3: Game Day - Once all submissions have being received, the CFFC committee will employ best endeavours to provide you with one restaurant from the shortlisted top 5 restaurants !

Step 4: Once a table has been assigned the remaining balance must be paid within 48 hours (the total price minus your deposit). If a host fails to make timely payment, the table will be re-assigned and  deposit transferred to the charities.

*Full payment required no later than Friday, October 27th. Please arrange accordingly with your fellow table mates.

Step 5: CFFC will facilitate introductions with restaurant host, whom will explain the evening’s event program and will handover wristbands, permitting  entry into the afterparty.
